include extender changes if on them. Earring measurements don’t include the ear
wire-hook-post unless it also has ornaments on it. Use the photos for the best
judgement of what you are getting.  Do not assume it’s bigger or smaller,
heavier or lighter or any other aspects that are not spelled out in the title or
